We welcome all current Primary Six students (or equivalent) to apply for 2027 admission to our school as Yuying Changemakers through the DSA-Sec exercise via our DSA CCAs/Programme(s):

Sports and Games - Volleyball (Girls)

Sports and Games - Wushu (Boys and Girls)

Performing Arts - Concert Band (Boys and Girls)

Community Youth Leadership - Passionate leaders (Boys and Girls)

Applicants should

participated in NSG/similar competitions, or
be a member of the Junior Sports Academy

Shortlisted applicants are to submit a personal statement and undergo in-person trials/auditions/presentations, followed by an interview.

Performing Arts

· Concert Band

Applicants should

represented in the Singapore Youth Festival Presentation/similar presentations, or
participated in public performances or
obtained relevant qualifications from accredited Music Examinations.

Community Youth Leadership

Applicants should

demonstrate exemplary character and leadership in their primary school, or
be passionate in serving the school and the larger community.

Please note the following

Applicants who do not have prior experience may also apply. The school will assess applicants based on the selection criteria, which may include assessing the potential of the applicants.
Applicants should have a conduct grade of at least a ‘Very Good’ in Pri 5 and 6 in the holistic report.
Parents and students are encouraged to choose schools wisely based on the student’s aptitudes and strengths, bearing in mind the schools’ academic and non-academic requirements, and the programmes available to develop the area of talent.
Students who are successfully admitted to the school via DSA are required to honour their commitment to the school and participate in the activities related to the talent they are selected for from Year 1-4.

NB: Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee the student will be shortlisted/given an offer.

6 May to 2 Jun (by 4.30 pm) (Please be reminded that this timing is a system cut-off)	Application Applicants can apply for DSA-Sec through the centralised online MOE-Sec Portal @ https://www.moe.gov.sg/dsa-sec. Only one parent’s Singpass is required.
17 Aug - 28 Aug	Selection Applicants will receive notification from the school between 17 and 28 Aug if your child has been shortlisted under the Direct School Admission (DSA) selection. All applicants will be informed of the outcome via an email or letter from the school (stating Confirmed Offer, Wait List or Unsuccessful).
19 Oct, 9 am to 23 Oct, 4.30 pm	School Preference Submission Students who receive at least one DSA-Sec offer (including from SOTA) will receive SMS and email in mid-Oct. [New] From 2026, only one parent is required to log in to the DSA-Sec Portal to submit school preferences. If parents are unable to submit online, they can approach primary school for assistance. Some students may receive offers from DSA-Sec schools and SSP. Students who wish to accept the SSP offer should not submit their DSA-Sec school preferences. If they do so, their earlier SSP offer will be voided. Students who wish to accept the SSP offer will need to take part in the S1 Posting.
Late Nov	DSA Result Release Students studying in MOE mainstream primary schools will receive their DSA-Sec results together with their PSLE results by the end of November. Students who are not studying in MOE mainstream primary schools will receive their DSA-Sec results via email. Successful DSA-Sec Students. Students who took PSLE and are successful in the DSA-Sec are NOT allowed to participate in the S1 Posting and NOT allowed to transfer to another school after the release of the PSLE results. However, if they are eligible for third language and/or Posting Group options, they may enter these options during the School Choice Submission period via the S1 Posting Portal. Unsuccessful DSA-Sec Students. Students who are unsuccessful in the DSA-Sec will be notified to participate in the S1 Posting to submit school choices.
