Boys' Brigade

Our Vision
Our Programmes
As part of an international uniformed youth group which is the oldest in continuous existence in the world, the Boys’ Brigade (BB) offers a well-balanced programme which aims to engage, excite, challenge and reward our Boys though interesting and meaningful life-enriching activities.
Founded on the 1st of October, 2003, the 93rd Boys’ Brigade Company has been supported by the Living Sanctuary Brethren Church since its inception. The Company places a high emphasis on learning and character-building through adventure, via a range of activities including kayaking, archery, abseiling, rock-climbing, cycling, team-building activities and other ad-hoc sports-related activities. This consistent focus has produced Boys who are driven, confident, disciplined and excellent team players.
The Company is mindful that the nurturing and education of a Boy cannot be deemed complete without building his strength of character. As such, our Boys are deeply involved in Company and Brigade-level programmes, focusing on community-based activities. Within the Company, the Boys are involved in BB Week, where the Boys learn to pay-it-forward through fundraising, for their own company’s activities. They are also expected to envision, plan and execute a VIA programme as part of BB Cares. At the Brigade level, the Boys are involved in the BB Share-a-Gift, a national community service project which has made the BB synonymous with gift-giving for the less fortunate during the Christmas festive period for many Singaporeans.
Our weekly meetings are on Saturday mornings from 9.30AM to 1.00PM.
