Our Discipline Philosophy:
Our approach to discipline is one of discipline with love and dignity, guidance with care. In line with the principles of restorative practice, we seek to actively involve the pupil who has committed an offence in directly restoring the damage his actions have caused. This will teach him/her accountability to the victims and to others affected by his/her misdeeds. To realise the above philosophy, we will provide a supportive environment and mount programmes that will teach our pupils good character through the learning of social and emotional competencies as outlined in the school’s Character Education Framework.
